First of all, Richard can reply if he wants regardless of if you like the reply or not - that’s the joy of forums.
I’m willing to bet you peed off the employee with the same stinking attitude you’ve come on here with - if you did, I’m glad the check in assistant gave you the metaphorical middle finger.
Try to calm down, not reply rudely to posts and generally not come over as a self-entitled douche, and you may get a little more help.0
