Incorrectly Advertised PC

Hi all,
Recently I purchased a PC from BrightHouse (yes I know, I was desperate).
I ordered online which said the PC came with 32GB RAM. They asked me to take documentation in store and sign forms, which I did.
When the PC showed up on the 11th July this year it only had 16GB RAM. I have made numerous complaints to the store who have said they're not going to do anything about it.
They have since updated the website to reflect 16GB RAM, but I have photos I took of the website showing 32GB.
What is the law here? I've just submitted a complaint using Resolver, but I would like to get an idea of where I stand.
Thanks

The trouble is, it's now more than 30 days since it was delivered. That means that the right to return faulty goods has expired.
Up to 6 months, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund, but it's up to the provider which they do.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

its not faulty, its mis described
Exactly, plus they were told straight away of the issue.
I imagine that the issue here is trying to get the 'correct' spec for the same price or getting a partial refund and keeping the item, both of which would have to be fought for and aren't legal rights,0 -
OP, what resolution do you actually want from this? A partial refund, enough money to upgrade the RAM to 32GB, for them to upgrade the RAM, or a replacement? Decide, then send them an LBA accordingly. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Ideally I'd like them to send me the remaining 16GB, I don't mind installing it myself. I'd also like to be partially refunded for the payments I've made so far.
I'd rather not send it back. PCs are quite personal things and I've set it up just as I like it now.
Thanks
PS. I assume I'm not the only person who has bought this PC from them, are they not responsible for informing everybody who was mis-sold?2015 Winnings:

Do you know what the motherboard make/model number is?
I am only asking as motherboards do have a limit to what memory they can take so the shop may have advertised the wrong spec.
As you have set it up to what you like now and are happy with it if what if Brighthouse want it back so they can refund you or install the missing 16GB will you be ok with that if not have a look on https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ and see what the cost of the memory will be and ask Brighthouse to deduct that cost from what you paid.
The gaming pc you bought was that the £1,851.20 item ?0 -
Yes it's the £1851 PC.
If you look on the ASUS website they are actually advertising it with 32GB on there too

It's not £1,851. It's £4,368 over 3 years, with an APR of 99.9%!
You could have got that from Laptops Direct for about £2,000, at 19.9% APR.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Yes but OP said they've made numerous complaints about it. If he asked them to repair (provide the additional RAM) then the 30 days actually stopped running on that date and wont begin again until the trader has supplied goods in response to the repair request. You keep using that word.
