LBCC - Chorley, Preston

ParkingEye have sent me this LBCC letter for my parking within the chiquito restaurant spaces and going to the moves at odeon next door
This letter is from their Chorley-Preston department and cites 30 days to pay their fine or face court costs.

They have attached other additional paperwork giving me options to respond to and also asking for financial details etc

They state they have sent me mail prior to this letter but i am not in receipt of any.
Could anyone help please?

You need to respond.

With PE you can email their enforcement team and query why you received no paperwork at all:

Do you think the letters went to your old address?

You are THIS CLOSE to a court claim so you MUST respond.

And URGENTLY complain to the retailer/Odeon/landowner this week as they can get it cancelled before court starts, cancelled in minutes, one email.

DO THAT FIRST THIS WEEK.

i did as you suggested almost a week ago. whilst they have acknowledged the email received, they have not answered so far
