Can you send me the link to these business stamps?

I have recently invested in a postbase mini from fp mailing.

It's going well atm but would be interested to hear what other small businesses are using for cheap postage?

Not sure I would trust stamps on eBay and worry they do not look as professional as a business frank/stamp

This is the company I order from:
    https://www.stampsforsale.co.uk/catalogue/69-discounted-postage
I wouldn't think a seller was unprofessional if I received stamps on a parcel from them.
  • I have been ordering from this company for many years, well established & reliable.

The forged stamps all appear to come in 1st or 2nd class sheets so using a variety of older stamps you can be sure that they are genuine.

  • Does Royal Mail sell discounted stamps at Post offices? No.
If you buy these stamps from eBay and use them, you are committing fraud against Royal Mail. What you are buying is a used stamp that has been through the system before, collected by Joe Public and given to charity, who sell them as "kiloware" to fraudulent "businesses". Those businesses wash them and re-glue them and flog them to you. If you use them Royal Mail will come after your recipient first and then you.
If you don't like Royal Mails prices, choose another deliverer or take it yourself.

Someone’s being reading the Daily Mail. Yes there are fraudulent sellers on eBay of stamps. And yes, you can buy genuine stamps at a discount due to the volume of collections coming on the market at the moment - a genuine collection of decimal stamps at auction will generally sell for 60 - 65% of face value. Dealers buy them and sell them on at a profit. Still cheaper than the Post Office and entirely legitimate.

And here's what the Charity Commission has said about it.... Which is highlighting that there are some dodgy dealers out there. If it looks far too cheap - it probably is.

But there are also (as linked above) actual stamp dealers who are selling excess stock at below face value or the unwanted parts of buying a collection. Some of those will even sell you envelopes too - so a small organisation with a mailing list of 100 could buy 100 envelopes with 2nd class stamps already on (or possibly 2x 29p stamps on) at less than the price of buying a 100 sheet of 2nd class at the PO. Depending on the recipient, that might look more interesting than a franked envelope.

My used stamps go to the RNIB by the way.
I need to think of something new here...
