MSE Credit Club refusing access

I have had exactly the same issue as you. I could access the paid for service directly with Experian, but always failed the 'verification' process when I tried through the Credit Club. This has been the case since it was launched, and I tried again every few months with the same result.
For no good reason that I can fathom, I have just tried again and it worked!
As a heads up, emailing support didn't help - they simply asked that I check the data I had inputted.0
