MSE Credit Club refusing access

So singularly unhelpfully there seems to be no way to contact the support team for this, so posting here is the best I've got. MSE credit club for months now has been denying me access, saying I'm failing Experian's credit check, despite the fact I can log in totally fine and complete the background check *on Experian's own website*. Has anyone had similar issues to this?
The only possible thing I can assume is a bug in MSE's system, but given there is no contact I'm hoping someone reads this forum...

Hi Mithra,
You could also try the following:- Logon to Experian and go to the page that reports credit accounts.
- Go to MSE CreditClub on a new tab
- Try again to pass the CreditClub ID verification process, cross-referencing against the data recorded on the Experian tab. This will ensure you are answering the questions correctly.

Yes - it's on the help pages for the MSE Credit Club...

Which to reach from credit club pages is Contact -> Credit club FAQs -> Your Credit Club Account (not the other three options as they have no contact us link) -> bottom link mentioning 'feedback' rather than support.
It's not exactly glaring :rotfl:0 -

Thanks for the advice. I actually just did that (in reverse, MSE -> Experian) and that was when I found it worked fine

I take it you didn't actually try that, because none of those links take you anywhere better than top level of the FAQ(or Twitter I guess).
It was just a casual point that they've definitely gone for the "make the email address obscure to hope people don't email too much" tactic :A.0 -

I did.
Then clicked the link for the Credit Club FAQ
Then typed "Contact Us" in the search box on the FAQ page, then clicked on the first returned result "How do I get in touch with you to feed back about Credit Club?" and there as the email address clear as day.
No one is making anything difficult0
