Sky refusing mastercard help.

Good afternoon everyone!
I was wandering if someone could help me please...
I tried to join sky through the broadband deals in the newsletter a few weeks ago. The offer was ending on 26th July but i couldn't get it to complete online. I emailed broadband genie and they said they were aware of the issues and that the promotion would be extended til the next day. If it still didn't work i could phone sky instead and then pass my Sky ID to broadband genie.
The offer online from Sky was for the broadband and phone £18pm for 12 months and £50 prepaid mastercard. I i spoke to online help when i couldn't complete the order and was told to phone in which i did the next day. Paid my installation fee and its installed and running fine. I messaged to ask about the gift card but i was told it was an online offer only and i didn't qualify. I didn't enquire about it at the time because there was no where on the website that Saud it was an online offer.
The response from Sky was that the call centre advisers arent aware of the online promotions. Even though their online help told me to phone.... at no point was i informed that i wouldn't qualify.
Has anybody joined with this offer and has any t&cs or fine print that says its for new online customers only?
They are saying its my fault because I didn't ask for it over the phone.... but there was no need to specificaly ask IYNWIM.
Any help would be appreciated!

Your post reads as Broadband Genie where making the offer not Sky .
Many of these offers or discounts say ONLINE only .0 -
Newsletter - broadband unbundled tool - broadband genie - Sky.
Sky had their own reward of the mastercard gift card.
I'm fully aware that online offers only exist but at no point did it state this was the case.
What I've asked for help with is if anyone has taken up this offer from the newsletter and has t&cs stating its online only (or not)0 -

Yeah its the same one. But i can't see anywhere that says its online only.
The only reason i phoned was because of a fault on the website !!!128547;0 -

If you click through to the general T&C's then I'm afraid it does say that right at the top:-
https://www.sky.com/shop/terms-conditions/offers/Online pricing is exclusive to online purchases
Broadband Genie aren't liable either as their T&C's specifically exclude website issues.
Sorry, it's one of those "stuff happens" scenarios.0
