Just curious if you got this resolved & how it was resolved . I’m currently having the same issue, my goods are stuck in a warehouse and won’t be delivered until Simpsons pay the bill....or I pay it!
Been phoning and emailing Simpsonsadm it seems they are just telling lies after lies!0 -

I'm not sure you'll get much response from the posters who've used this company as they seem to post once and never return.
Perhaps you could explain a little more.
If you've paid and they've collected your possessions, why aren't they releasing them to you?0
