Just curious if you got this resolved & how it was resolved . I’m currently having the same issue, my goods are stuck in a warehouse and won’t be delivered until Simpsons pay the bill....or I pay it!
Been phoning and emailing Simpsonsadm it seems they are just telling lies after lies!

Hello everyone...going through some serious issues with Simpsons removals, has anyone who is having or had problems got any type of resolution please? I don't know what to do and they have my money and my possessions. If anyone has any updates I would be grateful please?

Hi Stef Kiwi and welcome to MSE.
I'm not sure you'll get much response from the posters who've used this company as they seem to post once and never return.
Perhaps you could explain a little more.
If you've paid and they've collected your possessions, why aren't they releasing them to you?
