:snow_laug good evening, its freezing here!
i am very late this week and ive got to get back on track as my o.d seems to be sneaking up again and i cant seem to stop nipping into the supermarket!!
it has to stop!
sun: had pancake rolls, couldnt face cooking after a long, cold day of diving
mon, a very strange meal of roast lamb, naan bread, LO cauli cheese and sweet chilli sauce
tues, lamb sandwiches
wed, (getting back on track) pasta with fridge bottom sauce (toms, onion, courgette, watercress, mushrooms, garlic + bacon)
thurs, chicken + bacon pie with mash topping, broccoli
fri, pasta bake (as wed)
sat, may well be chick pie from thurs
sun, hm pizza
do you think that pizza dough made today would still be ok on sun?- prior planning prevents poor performance!

I'm asking because i've got some pork and leek sausages and really havent a clue what to put with them except mash which me and my son dont like.
Astonsmummy I use pork and leek sausages to bulk up macaroni cheese for a dinner dish. I cook the sausages then chop them up and mix with the macaroni cheese before putting in the oven to cook for half an hour. Yummy - in fact, it's what I ate for dinner tonight!0
