    Sausage and mash with red onion gravy

    Saturday
    Breakfast: Pancakes
    Dinner: Cottage pie, chips and veg

    Sunday
    Breakfast: Fry up
    Dinner: Beef stew with Giant Yorkshirshire and dumplings

    Monday
    Chicken enchiladas, rice and salad

    Tuesday
    Toad in the hole

    Wednesday
    Tacos with spicy potato wedges

    Thursday
    (if there is no leftovers)
    Spanish Omelette and salad

    NB: Apart from Saturday and Sunday, I don't plan breakfast as we have a selection of toast, cereal, porridge, teacakes, crumpets etc. As for lunches, we have pies, pasties, sausage rolls, various sandwich fillings, jacket spuds etc so I don't plan them either

    Weds: out (pizza express 2 for 1 voucher! :))
    Thurs: veg stew & dumplings
    Fri: spinach & ricotta gnocchi and tomato & basil sauce
    Sat: chilli con carne

    Here's this weeks - nothing put done for tomorrow as we are out.

    Mon - Roast chicken with all the trimmings
    Tues - Chicken curry with leftover chicken
    Wed - HM Pizza, garlic bread salad and coleslaw
    Thurs - Toad in the hold
    Fri - Pork kebabs, pitta bread and rice
    Sat - Lasagne or hm chicken wraps.

  • Saturday: Turkey meatballs with HM Tomato sauce and spaghetti
    Sunday: At mums
    Monday: Tuna fishcakes, oven chips and salad
    Tuesday: SC Beef (reduced beef from freezer) stew
    Wednesday: Turkey joint(reduced from freezer) with veggies and mash
    Thursday; It's my birthday: Yay! Will be going out for tea
    Friday: Chicken in mushroom sauce (Campbells condensed soup ;) ) with rice and veggies

    This site has really changed my outlook, I now look in the cupboard and see possibilities rather than rows of tins but nothing to eat :)

    We also have a pumpkin we haven't carved up yet, I'll be making soup for lunches with that, it's a big one so I might try and get a batch of pumpkin muffins out of it as well

    Sun... roast beef, mashed pots,roast pots and parsnips, veg
    mon..bacon and egg quiche with h/m wedges
    tues.. pasta with rest of bacon, mac cheese for me
    wed.. gonna put a dent in my supply of 78 sausages, so toad in the hole with mash
    thurs..burger and h/m wedges
    fri...3 of the kids are out with their dad for tea so not sure yet(there will be dd, bf and me to feed)
    sat..sausage again i think.

    Sunday: Not sure im at work and OH is cooking
    Monday: Chicken, veg, potatoes and gravy
    Tuesday: Fish and roasted veg
    Wednesday: Chicken legs with cous cous
    Thursday: Breadfruit and tuna pie (a caribbean dish)
    Friday: Fish with potates and green beans
    Saturday: Chicken and noodles
