Cheque cashed but they say they've not had it

Hi, I sent a cheque to SAGA SERVICES LIMITED they claim not to have received it and nothing shows on their system. I've had a trace run on the cheque. The cheque hasn't been altered other than some bank Stamps. On the front there is a NAT WEST stamp with PO Box Number and sort code. On the back there is more info but the…

I seem to have it sorted now, SAGA have refunded the money although they can't offer any explanation of how it happened.

I will change as soon as possible but it's not easy right now as we made a claim a few years back (not our fault) and other insurance companies don't want to know. I also work from home.
