    I will try lol
  • I would say that UKPC have not used the DVLA to get your data , the incident seems to have been over a 24 hr period , and it is possible that UKPC were actually banned from access on the second date

contact the DVLA again , by email or letter and ask them "who" has accessed your data in the period - say a day before upto a few days ago

I have just sent them an email - thanks.

If they haven't got it from DVLA who else could have given it to them?

I've just rang DVLA again and they told me to complete V888 form and send it via post to find out who accesses my data etc so I am going to do that now
  • no do not do it that way , it will take time and cost you £2.50 , there is a postal address AND A EMAIL ADDRESS to send a letter like this SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gsi.gov.uk

    Example Letter

    Re: VRM AB12 XYZ

As the Registered Keeper of the above VRM could you advise who has accessed my personal details with regards to this marque, how often and when did the DVLA send the keeper details out. Please advise the information with regards to events between xx/xx/xx/ and xx/xx/xx.

I understand there is no charge for this information and look forward to your speedy reply.

    Yours faithfully

Yep, send above email. But DVLA will reply by snail mail. They state around a month to reply, but from my experience it's with you in about a week.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
