    You!!!8217;d only have to be worried about it if you have something to hide

    Again your missing the point.... It's the ability of any firm to do a trace without leaving any foot print......

    Experian operate GAIN (Gone Way Information Network). When the individual resurfaces the creditor is notified.

    Thanks I am aware of GAIN , but what I am talking about is where a company has been paid to do a trace . It's not a question of being right or wrong etc

    I beleive it is possible to do a search on your file, without you knowing it.

    However unless MI5, the NCA etc are after you dont worry about it.
