Hi all,
As advised, I have read the "Newbie" thread (hopefully without missing too much out!).
I initially received a PCN on my car windscreen on 12/06 - after reading the forum and researching Euro Parking Services I discovered they were IPC members, as per the Newbie thread no appeal should be made until a NTK arrives.
Sure enough.....
I arrive back from holiday to a NTK (sent on day 48). I then as suggested emailed an appeal using the template. I also found an appeal button on their website and decided to back up my email using their online form, only to be met with this message;
"Unfortunately you are unable to appeal this charge. At the time that the charge was incurred, a Notice to Driver may have been affixed to the vehicle or sent through the post. This offered the driver the ability to appeal within 21 days from its imposition. You also as the registered keeper or the driver of the vehicle had the right to appeal within the 21 day period from the point of issue of the Notice to Keeper. Since we have received no further correspondence from you, payment is required within 14 days. ( Click Here to make a payment.) If you consider there to be exceptional circumstances as to why you should be allowed to appeal outside of this period then you should send your reasons to us, in writing, to Office 2, 51 Pinfold Street, Birmingham, B2 4AY.
Alternatively, payment can be made in the following ways:
By debit/credit card (Delta, Switch, Mastercard or Visa) by calling: 08451210065
By Cheque/Postal Order made payable to: Euro Parking Services Ltd
Online: Click Here"
What should i do?
Should I stick to the guidelines on the newbie thread and just wait it out?
Hoping my email was sufficient enough?!
Thanks in advance,
Briggsy

If Euro want to take it further, they will contact you, come
back if that happens0 -
Thanks for the reply.
Would that mean them selling my info, therefore contravening data protection?
Thanks again.0 -

Thanks again.
They just use a subcontractor to (try and) carry out debt recovery.
No data protection issue here.0 -
