Truespeed Ultrafast Broadband

A company called Truespeed (based in Keynsham or Bath) are offering Ultrafast Fibre Network Broadband in my village. I can't find any customer reviews for this service. They are offering free installation, free beer and fish and chip vouchers! Most of the village seems to be signing up. But I am one of the "once bitten twice shy" brigade when it comes to switching broadband providers. Am I right to be wary?
