L&Q Survey to kickoff PCM, Who want to help?

Yes, tell L&Q in writing about the new Act, and suggest that they leave a breathing space for a few months (until the new CoP is decided) to:
- review if there is even a parking problem that residents want addressed,
- and if there is, they can review the new Act and Parking Code of Practice
- and can include extra requirements in any new contract, such as:
(a) that the new contractor must comply with the new statutory CoP
(b) that L&Q have a right of veto of any PCN and not just a handful per month
(c) that the parking firm cannot sue residents, since that is not the aim of any residents' parking scheme
(d) that the sum of any parking charge is pegged at the sum set in any CoP
(and if there is NO PARKING PROBLEM after the breathing space, by 2020, that L&Q undertake not to try to impose any parking firm at all. On the basis that, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, and residents have a right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes without fear of penalties from third party scammers).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All
L&Q refused all suggestions above and refused to expose the original survey results and the agreement with Geminin as well.
A lot of residents emailed them and and declined the new parking scheme and said Residents are happy with no parking restrictions as the is no parking issue after pcm left but L&Q still insists to go for enforcement.
we are trying to make more pressure and opened court cases aganist L&Q.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

They cannot refuse to publish results of the "survey" as they may be relying upon it in a court of law and need to prove that 75% of residents/owners/tenants agree with the appointment of the PPC with no more than 10% disagreeing.0
