If residents want to continue with parking enforcement, would you prefer to

    Continue with PCM

Instruct another parking enforcement company on Academy Central
Not giving you much of a choice there. Would you rather be eaten by a lion or a tiger?

Just kickoff pcm and residents will not allow any other parking company as the agreement between residents, L&Q, MP and Councillor the contract to be exposed and agreed by all residents.

I think I've possibly got that! Keep us posted on progress.

    good job , well done

if there was to be a new parking regime, it would be best and incumbent to ensure that residents are not targeted, that a whitelist could be accessed and maintained to prevent enforcement , that a body or person or people are authorised to cancel all tickets issued incorrectly at zero charge , and that the new PPC agrees to abide by the new Parking Code Of Practice 2019 being drawn up by the MHCLG

in other words, early prevention and watertight clauses are better than cure , it needs to be robust and in the residents and visitors favour, not like for like with the previous numpties

will do but L&Q are not clear on involving residents on the agreement / contract terms.

could please provide the link to the new Parking Code Of Practice 2019 being drawn up by the MHCLG or it's still in preparation.

my point was that there WILL be a new CoP once its been thrashed out

and in your case there MAY be a new parking company appointed

therefore, its common sense that any NEW or PROPOSED contract sets out conditions to abide by the new CoP, when it is implemented later this year , otherwise , whats the point ?

forewarned is forearmed , knowledge is power, but bear in mind that the ACT only passed into law 4 days ago, and the CoP is still in preparation, as is your future parking regime (if any)
