Morning Everyone,
Bit cloudy here. Not sure if the sun will break through later on.
Plans for today visit moms and bring more stuff back. Will contact EA on Monday and hopefully get photographs done to put on the market.
OH is doing ok - he is still quite a few antibiotics, which finish tomorrow.

Thank you all for your lovely messages, they really help. Trying to enjoy each day as it comes. Yesterday I went to my Play Reading Group and then one of the members treated me to lunch. Visit from one of my oldest friends in the afternoon. She brought over one of her daughters and 2 grandsons as they live in Saudi and are here on a visit. Will need to do something with the courgette and tomatoes this afternoon possibly soup for the freezer.0

OH and I had an enjoyable evening at the pub last night, we had a mixed grill each and I had wine and he had a couple of pints and we sat on the front patio of the pub and watched the (very quiet) village life, it really was most pleasant.
Onto today I am going to write a meal plan and go shopping and get the food bits in then this afternoon take madam out for her walk, probably to the woods where it is a bit shady and cooler, tonight we will BBQ so I need some salad bits and bobs.
Ive just watched a starling have a really good bath in the water I put out for the birds, with loads of little sparrows sitting on the fence watching him waiting to get a drink :rotfl:im going to have to go and fill the birdbath and the water bowl up after this !
Such sad news re young Noah that's no age at all and must be completely devastating for NPM xx
Have good days all xx0 -
Morning ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) if you need one.
Did not go in to see OH yesterday SS did the honours and messaged me when he got back. OH has to have an EEG on Monday. I wish they would scan his neck and see what condition his spine is in.
Have collected up everything he wants taking in, went and got him a newspaper at sparrows fart this morning.
Just having a bacon sarnie before shooting off about 10.30 to see him. Back later.0 -

Morning campers
.
The sun is shining again after a few overcast and muggy days. Nelski I think we've swapped weather wise ! I don't know if I am looking through rose tinted glasses but I seem to remember most of the school summer holidays being hot and sunny like this, when I was much, much younger. Where has the time gone ?
This morning we have booked our last 'van holiday of the year, thank goodness we have decided where to go at last. I'm looking forward to 2 weeks away in Devon again. However we have to finish the shed roof first, not particularly looking forward to that, it's going to be blummin hard work .
I have done a load in the WM and there is a towel wash ongoing at present ( I've also added the dining room tablecloth as the "boys" christened it with spag bol splatters in the week! Mucky pups :rotfl:)
I shall be pottering around today, doing nothing strenuous. I may do a little bit of ironing as the basket seems to be filling up again
Tea tonight will be pork steaks with chips/sweet potato fries. I may have a little bit of ice cream after but I really shouldn't, I'm afraid to get on the scales
. Note to self - must stop snacking , or my holiday clothes won't fit .
I hope everyone and their loved ones have a reasonably good Saturday. Hope the people with health issues begin to improve and everyone has a carefree day.

nmlc make darned sure you do get that installation fee refunded !!!8211; they failed to do a job you paid them to do; they should, imho, also reimburse you for the clip you had to buy.
Tru could you maybe trade in Mr Tru and have a canine companion for Scampi instead? Problem solved!:rotfl:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
