I am not familiar with this product, so excuse any ignorance with my questions.
How difficult is it to remove from where it is - does it render it ruined or can you pick it up without causing further damage?0 -
You could also try to rectify the issue yourself. Here is an article which seems to address the issue, and suggests that "allowing the grass to relax in warmth and/or giving the grass some manipulation will see these lines fade away pretty quickly. The timing of this can vary depending on product type and temperature."
I didn't think this would be considered a manufacturing fault to be fair though! In carpets there are certain things similar to this which aren't strictly manufacturing fault but just something that naturally happens to them. But looking at the above link it does seem to be likely!0
