Agreed, I got over that problem by ripping up my cold laminate flooring and replaced it with heavy duty carpet tiles, OK not quite so " trendy " but nice and warm under foot, and they add a layer of insulation.;)0 -
Conservatories are not the warmest places at this time of the year, laminate won't help it feel any warmer.
We have this in ours, it is great !

Hi all. We did end up going for laminate. As to the conservatory, heating has been no problem. We had two radiators put in. I'm very pleased how its turned out. We did insulate the dwarf walls and also the base just like we did the extension. I feel I'll have more problems in summer, keeping it cool. We did not go for a glass roof as this was the last project and money was getting to be an issue.0

We have a laminate floor in our conservatory, it's been down since 1993 and it's looking good, it has faded a bit but it's easy to keep clean and the fading is fairly even.0

We are looking to replace the flooring inour conservatory. There is some grotty carpet in there just now but the trouble is there are two doors from the conservatory into the house, one from our family room and one from the hall. Being an old farmhouse there isn't a straight line in sight so when the conservatory was built they discovered that the level in the hall was a bit different to that in the family room so they had to take the level off one (hall) and then have a bit of a slope from the family room down into the conservatory. It isn't much of one and you barely notice in use but I think it probably means that laminate/wood is out. The floor is concrete too. I did wonder about Karndean in there but DH thinks it would be too hard and cold. I was thinking of sisal but I was warned against this by the carpet shop saying it was very hard (used as a playroom mainly) and slidey and I think cleaning was mentioned as an issue. So that left me with carpet but the same carpet place said "people don't usually put carpets in them" but what else am I supposed to do? I will have a look at that Flotex site, we used to have that in my old work but that was many moons ago. Any other ideas?0

Heavy Duty carpet tiles, mine have been down for about 5 years now, no sign of wear, they are warm and have a nice non-slip surface.
They also add a layer of insulation as well.0
