Save4m, throughout this thread you have managed to avoid answering most of the questions asked of you, choosing instead to answer the question you thought was asked.
Are you going to answer this from nosferatu1001?...nosferatu1001 wrote: »We also need to see the Particulars of Claim - ON THE CLAIM FORM - to see *exactly* what they allege, plus copies of the other paperwork. If you lose at a hearing you will have to pay for the court fee for the hearing, and would also have to pay the claimants allowed expenses for attending plus accrued interest if the claimant is claiming interest
If you win you will be awarded your allowed expenses for attending0 -
Were you to lose, which, imo, is unlikely, the judge is likely to award the PPC in the region of £175 - £200. This is because they pad out their claims with inadmissable debt collection costs, it is what scammers do.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

This is a pressure tactic by these Debt Collector sharks. Don't let them stress you out.
Disgusting they harass sick people. I got several letters from these bullies and they went straight in the bin. NCP do not take people to court especially ill people. After a while the letters will stop coming.0 -

Except they have issued a court claim. Ignoring this will result in a ccj.0 -
Exactly, and why caution should be exercised when taking advice at face value, especially 'one-liners' from posters with little track record on the forum, and seemingly not to have even read the whole thread on which they are posting.Except they have issued a court claim. Ignoring this will result in a ccj. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
