Building Regulation Compliance Certificate - Boiler

The certificate you have obtained is far more useful than the compliance certificate would have been from 11 years ago. Your certificate confirms the *current* status of the boiler and gas installation in the property.
As for the pointless indemnity policy the buyers mortgage company will insist on - it comes down to how important the cost of it is to you and the buyer, in the grand scheme of a house purchase/sale. You could ask them to pay for it. Or maybe split the difference.0
