Voicemail was removed from the monthly allowance of Flext plans on 15 August 2007.

However, this should only affect contracts taken out on or after this date. Those taken out before 15 August 2007 should continue to have voicemail included in the allowance.

    I got a reply,
    Good afternoon Mr X

Further to our conversation this afternoon, I'm pleased to confirm the following in writing to you.

I've changed your price plan with immediate effect onto the old Flext X. This price plan does include voicemail to come from any monetary allowance within your Flext.

Your monetary allowance will be pro rata from today, until your bill date on x . I've also added a credit of £(one months line rental) onto your account. You'll see this credit on your above bill date.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience or distress this matter has caused you, however, I hope my actions have restored your faith in us.

I'd like to thank you for taking the time to contact me Mr X and for allowing me to answer your complaint personally. I'm confident all of your future dealings with us will run smoothly.
