    Unusual for interest not to get paid. Was always dead reliable. I called today, but the first person I spoke to didn't know as she only dealt with online banking, but she went away, spoke to someone else and apparently they know about the issue and will pay the interest in the next few days.

    I got the same answer when I rang up today, ie they know about the problem and it should soon be sorted, no offer of compo though.

    Ballard, I don’t really think it merits any compensation. I just made the comment as someone else mentioned it.

    Fair enough. I’m just a little fed up with the compensation culture that appears to be growing in this country.

    That is mine paid today. I also received £23 in compo, £10 for each account not paid and £3 for the phone call.
