My Neighbour splattered paint all over my car and wont pay

His car was covered in paint, this is not just a normal quick buff up.
He did not use the word covered, but if it was a serious splash, he should have got three quotes, gone through his own insurance and got them to sort it out.
The advice for a splash and covered will be very different, and what type of paint. Old or water based is the most likely.0 -
