I tried this a couple of times, and it did the same thing. Then I logged in and applied from the website rather than the link on this site, and it worked fine. I don't know if it was some sort of glitch...
I've tried sending my deposit across but it doesn't seem to have arrived in the account yet (still listed as 'pending investment'). I've sent the bonus request email as well, and an internal message to ask how long it should take for the funds to transfer, but not had any response yet.0 -
Ooh update - the money has come through, and is sitting in my dashboard under 'Holdings' but the account is still 'Ordered - pending investment'.0

Hi all, just looking back at the Raisin website now and it appears like the £50 offer has been withdrawn and replaced with a much less generous offer, or am I just being blind?
I'm wondering what my position is now. I've opened an account with ICICI through the platform yes didn't fund it, instead opting to see what effect today's rate change would have.
Any ideas?0 -
Just received an email from them saying as long as you opened before 5pm today then the £50 old bonus still applies as long as you fund as required.0

It does state within 60 days of funding the account.
From earlier posts, forum members that applied in June said that they received their bonus mid July and that Raisin do their bonus runs at the end of each month. You should apparently receive an email advising that bonus shouldn't be too long, when they have processed yours.0 -

As I've posted elsewhere, my wife claimed on 14th June, and hers still hadn't been paid by the 60th day. A prod via email and also a secure message lead to a brief apology and payment this morning.0 -
I have managed to open an account but have been trying to phone them since Monday. The number (03301 220200) does not connect . I am not going to fund my account as this seems very strange.0
