My cash ISA is about to mature in August and would like to move to another provider as the new rate offered for a 2 year fix is 1% only.

I would like to transfer my money to either Paragon or Shawbrook but can't decide. The reviews are mixed. Experience good or bad from forum members would be appreciated.

There are others offering around 1.6% and would be happy to go with them if their service is good.

Do you need to stick to an ISA? There's often more interest to be made outside ISAs, especially for fixed rate accounts.
Free the dunston one next time too.

Shawbrook and Paragon are 1 and 2 on my list. Only needed Shawbrook customer service as I had some postal accounts with them and they've been consistently excellent. Not had a problem with either for online accounts, although no cash ISAs with them, just normal fixed-term accounts.

I rang Shawbrook today and was number 4 in the que. Had to wait 30 minutes to speak to an advisor. Not impressed. They do say on their website that they are aware of this and are trying to resolve the issue.
