    The above is true - the PPC breached their duty under the Equality Act and the landowner is liable for the actions of their agent.  Well done - knew you could win this one!

    I agree with the above and the judge

    VCS breached the Equality Act as badly as the dwp do , it should have been dropped once evidence of the new blue badge was forthcoming, proving the Driver or Keeper was entitled to use the space

    I would be issuing an LBC and then my own court claim due to the breach , naming both VCS and the landowner jointly on the claim form, with a minimum of £500 , or more 

    I have never known anyone to miraculously recover from disability the day the blue badge expires
