No, the different colours are NOT to be used in a final defence. Its just so you can see what has been changed!

Email your completed Directions Questionnaire to the same CCBCAQ email address that you used for your Defence.

Send a copy to the claimant by email if you have an address otherwise by post f you have an address.

My Son has been panicking as his details had not updated, his date was 20th for the DQ to be in by and was done in plenty of time, its finally updated today saying it was submitted 24th which is outside the time frame, Also is it normal for it to be sent to a different court this says its been sent to one almost 60 miles away, is that normal and is there anything we can do?

Presumably you sent the completed Directions Questionnaire to the County Court Business Centre in Northampton.

Did you specify your local court in box D1 on the DQ?

If so, then the case should be transferred to your local court.

Did you follow the guidance offered by Bargepole - linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread?

It was followed step by step, e-mailed to the same address as the Defence and our local court was listed . Finally updated it says YOU have filed a DQ 24/9/2018 ( was e-mailed 18th) and transferred to ?????County Court 24/9/2018( Not the one he listed) We were expecting to see it transferred to our court.

Then your son should ring the CCBC and ask them why that's happened and what needs to be done top put it right.

It is unlikely that the CCBC will speak to you as you are not the Defendant.

Some court areas only have cases at a regional court, e.g. Clerkenwell is an amalgamated court for a large area; it's to save money.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
