  • Took my car insurance with ONECALL, BAD MISTAKE!!!! They made a co-cup with the direct debit, after I paid the initial deposit, then for weeks I was bombarded with email asking for documentation and photos of my driving licence, etc. I sent everything they asked me, and still keep asking for the same again and again. I told them I will not send them anything else again. They cancel the insurance and they took £49.50 from my American Express card without telling me. Apparently a cancellation charge. Amex refunded the amount to me after I complain, but weeks later, Amex applied it again to my account, saying they  had new Documents from ONE CALL showing I took the insurance but could not collect the direct debit (??)  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! THE REVIEWS ON THEY WEBSITE SEEMS TO BE IN FAVOUR TO THEM, BUT THAT'S THEIR WEBSITE, if you know what I mean. Mr Lewis Alvarez
