Thanks, I just didn't know if there was a chance of the hearing being cancelled due to the aggressive move by the claimant. I'll prepare these documents for the hearing then and update this thread on the outcome.

The hearing will not be cancelled; youve paiid for a hearing, so you will get a hearing

This is not aggresive. its a rather desperate attempt to muddy the waters and gloss over that they can only claim agsinst the driver, they cant hold the keeper liable, and they want the court to forget that.
