Its £40 for 10 months, 2 months off like council tax.
Nick has a bath every morning though so would prob be more expensive on a meter!

Hiya :hello:
I haven't been very well so not been on line really. Started feeling ill last Tuesday but battled on at work, went to bed Friday night 7.30pm and didn't get up for more than an hour or two at most Saturday and yesterday was awake but in bed all day.
Feeling better today but still tired and coughing loads, what a fun bank holiday its been!
Spent money today! Eeek!
Well actually i spent £16 on ebay this weekend on 2 pairs of jeans
1 brand new pair of next jeans that only cost me £8.20 and a pair of Dorothy Perkins jeans that are used but looked in good nick.
Not sure if the next ones are going to fit as they say petite but then it says size 8 r.
Thing is if i have to sell them on thats fine, the seller didn't advertise very clearly they were new so didn't make a lot, if i have to put them back on i will make sure people can see they are new with tags!
Spent £20 in Primark on 2 tops that i am now not sure about as they have tiny arms that you are supposed to be able to do up with a button but theres no way i can do it, they look a bit silly with the button thing flapping about but fit fine otherwise and got a 3rd top that i was going to wear for the wedding and still might....
But then i saw a gorgeous dress in New Look and they had it in my size but damaged (strap snapped off) so went to try it on.....and the zip snapped off in my hand  Was a lil embarrassed but its not like i was trying to force it on, guess the person that broke the strap had forced the zip too!
I did spend £24 in New Look on a top for the hen night this Saturday and a little black shoulder cardie thing that will also be good for holiday evenings when a bit chilly.
Had a look on the New Look website when i got in but the dress is out of stock in my size, maybe its an omen lol! Gonna keep checking back though!
Have also had to order a bra that will go with the hen night top i brought as all my white bras are too high backed and thats another £15.50 with Marks and Sparks but used Quidco for that.
Got my brother a £10 W H Smiths gift card, feel guilty as its not a lot but so skint.
And got my friend her wedding card and my brother a birthday card plus spent £10.59 in Iceland but used my other £10 high street voucher for that so only 59p there thank god!
Not done any money making or surveys since i have been ill so need to get back on that this week.
Never put my DS on ebay either so will do that this week. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Hiya :hello:
Sorry to hear about your bank holiday weekend in bed, it's usually me thats ill throughout a bank holiday weekend. I'm glad your feeling better now.
It looks like you managed to get a few good buys when out shopping. Primark and New Look do some good bits and all not expensive either.
With summer finally coming its making me want to go out and shop and get my summer wardrobe.
Good luck with your surveys and ebay sales lilmiss :j0 -
Yep i couldn't afford clothes if it wasn't for the cheaper shops
I have just put my Nintendo DS on eBay and sitting here wishing i didn't have too, i never play it but i just liked knowing i had one....which is sad really :rolleyes:Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -

I know what you mean about the DS, I have a pink one i hardly ever play, but I couldn't part with it, its just nice knowing i have one. I hope you get a good price for the DS.
I love shopping in Primark, only because i can actually walk around and pick up a basket full of goodies and when i go to pay for it i never spend more than £50 :rotfl:
How's your driving going? I'm doing my lessons at the moment and i'm about ready for a test, but i'm too scared to put in for it because i know i'll fail. I think I've spent nearly 1.5K in a year on lessons, its criminal the amount they charge. If you've not already started back up I hope you start your lessons again soon, I've found that leaving it just makes it harder to get back into a car and drive.0 -
My DS is pink too! LOL!
Bidded up to £16 on it already, still 4 days left.
No not driving yet, need all the extra money for paying off debt, will be 2 years since i last drove before i will be starting again and heard today something about stopping people taking the test after 3 times and i have already failed 3 times!
Spent £37 today, got my hair cut, really short, its now a bob and it was halfway down my back! I feel like i have lost something! Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Pink is the best colour to have when your female, plus for me means my brothers will never borrow it :rotfl:
Stopping people taking their test after their 3rd attempt? Oh god, I'll never be driving then . Surely that can't be true, thats madness. I've just been looking online at the test dates, my local test centre have no availability until end of June, thats a long wait.
Bobs must be the in thing at the moment, loads of my friends have just gone for short hair dos.0 -
Lol, i thought i should add i had a DS when they 1st came out.....also PINK! I sold it about a month after i brought it.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750
