"Image 1 shows the Major St entrance which has a large sign marking this an an SIP Pay & Diplay carpark.
Image 2 however shows the car park when approached from Bloom St. The only visible sign is a tariff board (which looks like it actually belongs to the adjacent NCP car park) and there is a contract sign on the same post facing the opposite way.
Neither of these signs is illuminated by SiP and Image 3 shows what the signs look like at night (the ticket was issued at 1030 pm).
Just across the road from the SiP car park are a couple of council run parking bays (which are free after 8pm) and there is on street parking running the length of both Bloom St and Major St (all of which is free past 8 pm).
Noone would knowingly park in this car park past 8 pm.
The signage is insufficient for any car approaching from Bloom St, especially at night time."
