SIP & Gladstone County court

Gladstones WS is shown in my rather lengthy OP. Minus a view pics of the car park.
Sorry I was not clear. Gladstones WS also includes the "contract" which is usually a self-certificate one and images of the signs they claim were there - though you can produce your own pics if you are quick enough to get them in - along with a list of your costs.
So contact and the signs they claim were there. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Yes, get it done right now - with the photos - and taken to the court by at least first thing tomorrow, no later. Is there anything I could put in a WS considering the circumstances?
Can you get there tonight after dark and take pics in the dark, you literally have no time to do this other than today.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Having scoured the WS I can find nothing about a grace period.
In fact it says a pay & display must be displayed before the vehicle is left unattended0 -
The only thing Gladstone have sent me that would constitute a contract is a picture of the sign I posted above. In fact they use the term "the contract (the sign)" in the WS
"The Contract
4. My Company relies on the case of Parking Eye -v-Beavis [2015], in which it was accepted as an established principle that a valid contract can be made by an offer in the form of the terms and conditions set out on the sign
and accepted by the driver!!!8217;s actions as prescribed therein.
5. The terms of the contract are clear and unambiguous. It is stated that parking is permitted for vehicles !!!8216;fully displaying a valid pay and display ticket in the windscreen!!!8217; !!!8216;or with an electronic ticket purchased by phone in advance of the vehicle being left unattended, remaining valid for the duration of the vehicles stay!!!8217;. The photographs of the charge confirm that a physical pay and display ticket was not displayed in the windscreen of the vehicle, nor was a parking session
purchased electronically through PayByPhone"0 -

I certainly can and will.
Do I literally just pock up at court with some hard copies and my case number and ask them to be included? The judge is able to disregard anything not submitted 14 days in advance I believe.
Then I'll send them to Gladstone... and print off proof I did so0 -
No, you haven't read any threads about WS/evidence yet, have you?Do I literally just pock up at court with some hard copies and my case number and ask them to be included?
Try searching the forum for 'ring binder'. And be quick about your research, you need to read WS and what to do and what to include and that's why there's a section all about it in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies again. Look for their "letter of authority". You are looking for the contract between them and the landowner/occupier. It will be there as if it isn't you have a slam dunk win (the odd judge permitting). This is a system account and does not represent a real person. You cannot just turn up on the day
You need to send it before, and potentially apologise for your error
The court may decide you need to apply for relief from sanction, however we have yet to see that on the SC track.0 -

Doesn't say who the person who signed it is, what their capacity is?
Anyway show us your WS - takes less then an hour to fling one together.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
