    Their second bedroom is quite a bit smaller and we are closer to the station, probably the only things other than the bath that I can see. Interesting!

    People here have said that the 'fish-eye' lens photos make the rooms look larger than they are. People who viewed are saying the place is too small for them. So maybe the photos are doing you a dis-service by giving a false impression? I know the room sizes are given, but many people (myself included) find that hard to translate into actual living space.

    Hi CS1986,

    I'd like to echo what the majority of people on this thread have said, those photos are not good.
    I understand what the agent is trying to do in photo number 2 but to me it adds absolutely nothing to the listing. The part of the flat a potential buyer actually cares about is blurry!
    It also really annoys me when photos aren't uploaded in any sort of logical order, just comes across as lazy :mad:
    The rug looks a lot bigger in photo 10 than photo 7, confusing!

    Having said all that, the photo themselves wouldn't stop me viewing. It looks modern and neutral and you could move straight in :D I would say it's priced too high or is there an unusually high service charge?
