I too would appreciate a reply from Malc about whether switching to from one EON tariff to another via uSwitch incurs the exit fees. Surely not!

Hello silvermountains and as above; exit fees don't apply when moving from one of our tariffs to another. They only kick in when changing supplier outside of the renewal period (49 calendar days before the end date on a fixed tariff until 20 working days after).

This is the same whether switching through our website or, as with Go Online (v15), a Price Comparison site like uSwitch or the CEC.

Helena was also spot on last year. Exit fees don't apply when moving home.
