    I agree that if it was only 2 or 3 minutes a decent one point IAS appeal may well be fruitful, even if it results in the IAS telling the PPC to cancel the pcn and withdraw before they look foolish

    Here is the timeline

    Issue Date 2018-06-25 12:28

    Appealed 26 Jun 2018 16:14

    Status changed to: Rejected
    27 Jun 2018 11:16

    No option to appeal. If I didn't pay the £60 within 12 days it would revert to the full value being £100. I was expecting a notification of the rejection but instead got the PCN notice today so logged back in and saw the rejection.
