I agree that if it was only 2 or 3 minutes a decent one point IAS appeal may well be fruitful, even if it results in the IAS telling the PPC to cancel the pcn and withdraw before they look foolish0

No option to appeal. If I didn't pay the £60 within 12 days it would revert to the full value being £100. I was expecting a notification of the rejection but instead got the PCN notice today so logged back in and saw the rejection.0 -
too late for an IAS appeal , pity that , should have been done earlier !!0
