Big blu cancelling

I wonder if someone could advise what I should do.
We cannot get telephone broadband and have a 25GB package with Europasat satellite which has now changed to Big Blu. We are on a rolling monthly contract. Moving home in a few weeks and trying to cancel contract. I cannot get a response by telephone on the new Big Blu site or Europasat site. There is no longer another way to contact them. We used to be able to open a support ticket but that option doesn't seem to be available. Have even tried to sales contact but still no answer getting cut off after 20 minutes.
I need to cancel asap as they take another month after cancellation.

Thank you Colin_Maybe. I did find that after posting. Had been trying prior to that on customer portal, where there is only a phone contact. Tried the contact number and sent a message from the link you provided so hopefully will get response to message. Phone cut out again from that site after 20 minutes saying too busy at moment, same response as previous. Wondering if I need to send Recorded Delivery letter to try and speed things up.0

Well 12 days later and still can't get to sort things out. No response to two complaint letters, no return call as promised after eventually getting to speak to customer service. No response from their official message page. Supposed to wait the 8 weeks before contacting ombudsman which seems an awful long time when they won't even acknowledge me. Can't message on their Facebook page and my Twitter messages don't appear on their page. At a loss how to get my cancellation acknowledged.0

Thank you JJ Egan, both my letters were Recorded Delivery. They may be useful if I can't get it sorted, just getting cheesed off trying to get decent customer service!0
