Problem with locks on Iveco van

Hello, having an issue with the back door locks on the work van. A couple of weeks ago, we found we couldn't open the back door from outside (I am sure it was unlocked). We managed to open it from inside, but then when we came to open it again we couldn't budge it from inside or outside. Van went off to Iveco garage, back…

Update: van was fixed on Thursday, no charge. Didn't get an explanation for what might have happened, so hoping that will be the end of it.
