Emirates chauffeur

Does anyone have any experience with the Emirates chauffeur service where one passenger is flying business and another economy? Would they have an objection to the economy passenger going along for the ride?

Have you asked them?
More to the point, if the Economy passenger is the Mrs, does she have any objection to being placed in steerage?0 -
I think the official line is a NO. It is booked for the qualifying passenger. I think however that a crisp £20 note placed in the drivers hand would probably work and enable the Economy passenger to ride as well.0

I wouldn’t pay for this (or more importantly, my friend wouldn’t). I just wondered whether the driver would have the full information with the booking. If not then I might be able to just bluff it.0

Yes - the driver has the full information with the booking. You're not going to bluff it but as above £££ might sort it out and unless you live close to airport is potentially cheaper/easier than any other method0 -
I have had drivers who have taken me an extra 20 miles outside of the area they cover, for a small unofficial fee. :-)0

How is your friend going to get to the airport by any other means without paying?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I finally bothered to ask them via webchat and it's no bother. They took my and his booking references and have added a note to the car booking.
I should have taken your advice from the outset.0 -

It would have been by train which would largely have been included in his season ticket.0
