They can acess in order to ask the keeper who the driver is. Same as they did prePOFA.
Dnot argue or rehash this topic.
If you want to be argumentative, there are plenty of other places to do it. Don't bring it to a forum intended to share helpful advice. If you re-read my comments, (or indeed read them at all, since you clearly haven't) I was merely explaining why I had drafted a letter to the DVLA. It doesn't mean i'm right. I wouldn't be here asking for advice if I was the fountain of knowledge in this area, so please don't be confrontational and childish, and don't profess to be an expert if you're not. I'll gladly ignore further replies from you.0 -

You said "surely there is no reasonable cause"
I was explaining, for the second time, that there is. Your analysis was flawed as you only considered POFA, when of course the DVLA records can be accessed for sites not covered by POFA - such as railways or harbours - or where the company has chosen not to use POFA.
This is a well hashed topic, which you dont need to ask about as your resrearch on here would have found this out, in about five minutes, saving these posts.
Feel free to ignore, I will do the same.0 -
I think we should leave HampshireBiker and Thorsson to talk among themself.
The OP should be just appealing to CP plus then POPLA, like everyone does v CP plus. Easy to beat.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
