I received a PCN for parking legitimately at the doctors surgery. My wife says she entered the car reg no in the iPad where we are required to enter but the parking company has rejected stating there is no records of the reg no entered even though we sent a copy of doctor’s appointment letter. Should I appeal with POPLA? what should I mention/ include?
