@KeithP - I'll restrain myself!  Other than to say just how remarkable it is that many posters who CBA to update their threads, suddenly do so after over 2.5 years ........ surprisingly coinciding with them requiring help on another ticket. Strange that, isn't it?

Just checking  -  there have been a number of successful "Plan A" cancellations recently but the last post on dedicated thread is 28.11.20.

As per NEWBIES:_

1. ALL CASES, EVERYWHERE - COMPLAIN FIRST, ESPECIALLY OVER A RETAIL, HOTEL, OR HOSPITAL CAR PARK:
