Dow expectations turned negative, after looking positive earlier.
hence, lower cable trading.

its hanging on nicely around 1.4865 though
well off the morning lows of 1.4820

there again one of the kids next door finished fitting a 3 foot speaker in the back of his nova over the weekend so that might shake the house to the floor. that's if i don't kill him first...

i'm sure i wasn't like that when i was 17..

Got the booking in 1 quick so I could use airmiles.

I booked the return flight. £289 was too good a price to turn down.
If they decide to charge for the single flight then it'll go to the company either way

Cable is currently trading 60 pips below its London lunchtime 8-day peak of 1.4932, with negative US equity prices helping weigh. The Dow is currently down 68 points on the day. It closed down 0.32% at 8,057 yesterday.

1.4859 was the traded low after the 12:30GMT disclosure of worse than expected US March retail sales figures. 1.4824/28 is a support window below. 1.4828 was today"s Asian session base. 1.4824 was today"s early Europe pullback low from a late Asian session high of 1.4920.

1.5000 is a key resistance level. GBP/USD was last at 1.5000 just over three months ago (Jan 12), and exotic option exposure is reportedly attached to the figure. 1.4960 (Apr 6, eight-week high) and 1.4986 (Feb 9 top) are obstacles ahead of 1.5000. The 2009 high of 1.5374 (Jan 8) is a bull target above.

March"s Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK housing market survey is slated for release at 00:01BST. The RICS house price balance is forecast to improve to minus 77, from minus 78.3 in February. Completed UK house sales plumbed a 30-year+ low in February.

afternoon all, i've just finished writing my wedding speech. only took a few hours. now i've got 2 weeks to practice it. i'm sh1tting myself. i hate given presentations and speeches.
cable looks quite steady. maybe will push above 1.49 before the day is over.

i got married in france. they don't have speeches over there
