At the moment my local Thomas Cook have a deal on : $700 for £500, is that good? Im going in 2 weeks and dont want to leave it till the last minute to get currency, but would be gutted if it went up higher!
well thats at a rate of 1.40
if u wait a bit and get 1.45, you'll get $725
if u get 1.50, you'll get $750
is it really worth the stressful wait for an extra $25-50 ?Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

Plus to get that rate at the agents the trading rate would need to be almost 1.50
I'd take the deal now if you are going away soon.0 -
We are going to the USA in march as well, I have been going mad watching the rate, think IF it gets to 1.5 I will get the $$$:j
We're going start of April, luckily I bought quite a few $ last summer, and planned to use CC (Nationwide & Abbey Zero) for the rest because I know you should get a better rate paying by CC than at the bureau de change - but thinking now that if the rate gets up to $1.50 before we go I might buy a few more $ in case it falls again while we are away2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07
