i'm meant to be moving over there! original move date was march 2nd but visa is taking a few weeks more
so i'll be changing over my life savings!! and equity from the house (if we ever sell it!!)
just a cent or 2 either way if the difference between plasmas or portables in the lounge / bedroom / basement!!0 -
not a good start to the day.... was trading around 1.4270 at 7.00am, and has tumbled to 1.42 since the LBG figures came out
BIG numbers out later in US and UK
9.30am we have UK Retail Sales for January
1.30pm we have US GDP figures
both of these could affect the rate hugely.....Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

Please keep sharing your thoughts and feelings with us - I like your optimism and you've got a great sense of humour.
Keep up the good work.0 -
Just highlights that when it comes to currency trading even those people who do know dont actually know HO HO!!!!
Mr B
Actually, I think what it shows is just how difficult the job really is!
It highlights how just the slightest bit of unexpected bad/good news can suddenly shift the market in the opposite direction. Even more so in these volatile troubled times when all the markets are very fragile and very fickle. Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

Heres hoping buddy, today is the day it does 1.50 (last working day in Feb although i understand forex trading is 24/7 generally) which was what we all hoped/expected, it's a big big ask and i no longer see it going there anytime soon.0 -
