Anyone any ideas on how to contact this company and obtain a fuel refund?
These people are conmen and shouldn’t be touched with a barge pole ,we picked a car up in Palma and it was a nightmare, took us 2 1/2 hours to get the car, there was 50 people in the queue before us ! don’t use this company, check out other reviews

Check out their T &C's from memory they charge an "admin" fee if they have to refund you. Admin fee may be more than the fuel!
Bit like the airlines for refunding APDPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA

Something else they forgot to mention, refund should have been in my bank in 24 hours , that time has passed0
