Third Party Mobile Contract Sales
Looking to upgrade I found a deal with a company called Mobiles.co.uk for a Samsung S9 for £23pm + £100 upfront on a Vodafone contract. The Vodafone shop couldn't get close to that deal at £36pm and explained they couldn't match a third party website.
What I wanted to ask was is there any downside or risk associated with buying through mobiles.co.uk in contrast to through the network themselves. Probably not but just wanted to double check with some independent people on here rather than the salespeople.

They're part of CPW are they not?0

They are. It may be a cashback contract, in which case the OP needs to do some research beforehand since it sounds like they are a complete novice.0

Yup, it could be that the price is discounted with cashback and the overall cost including the cash back is calculated over a period. In that case you will most likely have to claim the cashback on time and in the manner required or you lose it.0

Mines through them and never had an issue at all. They are part of CPW.0

Thanks folks. As it happens I called EE who my sim only was currently with and they matched the deal which is a lot easier than having to switch. Phone's arrived today and it's not a cashback just straightforward £23pm +£100 initial fee (+6.95 delivery)0

Call Anytime any network 55p per min
Voicemail 55p per min

Those are the standard charges for out of bundle calls and messages. They have to show you them, even if your contract offers unlimited minutes and texts. It is possible that MMS is not included in unlimited texts (many networks don't because they aren't actually texts).
If your contract is for unlimited minutes and texts then that is what you will get.0 -
Thank you. The deal seems too good to true as its pretty cheap. Just dont want to commit and miss something obvious@0
