I've had another look through the newbies guide but i haven't been able to find any links for the following transcripts:-

    jolley v carmel [2000]
    ladak v drc locums
    vcs ltd v davies [2019]

As it was mentioned on a couple of other threads I just wanted to check where can i access them?
just to have to hand in case the DJ wants to question them further

Just a quick update on this, I've spoken to the court and they've told me that the DJ has changed the location of the hearing to one that is further away from me (but in my local county) I requested that it be kept at the same one for 2 reasons:

    1. I've heard the other court has a couple of PPC friendly judges
    2. The court I requested is closer to me by several miles and when I used the court finder tool on .gov site it was the first choice.

As I asked over the phone should I ask for it in writing too? Will it make any difference at this point or has the judged ruled therefore end of discussion?

Put in writing why you need it to stay local, even if that means a hearing date in 2020. Go for things like childcare, work commitments, added costs that you cannot afford as a litigant in person (and anything personal that makes you vulnerable, such as a medical condition or diagnosed depression/anxiety that this would exacerbate - if true).

Your advice stuck with me LoC, I've emailed as CM advised asking for the hearing to stay at Llanelli. I'll follow up tomorrow morning and call them to confirm they listened

I know that debt collection letters are to be ignored, but is it fair game to send them while a claim is awaiting judge's instructions?
I've received a letter which is asking for total costs of £70 + £60 + £25 = £155 plus an additional debt collection addon of £75 from DCBL.
Surely this is past the point of appointing bailiffs? The CCJ was removed and we are back at the original claim stage.

They havent appointed bailiffs, if you look the letter say it hasnt been subject to bailiff action somewhere on the letter

If it doesn't, then that is of more concern. If in doibt, throw a picture up so we can see.

I did see that at the bottom, had to kick the phone out of my wife's hands to stop her from contacting them! Thank you, even though I'm actually looking forward to taking this back to court these underhanded, bullying tactics are a reminder that it isn't over yet

Are they allowed to keep trying this while we're waiting for the hearing date to come through?

I spoke to the court, DJ has confirmed that the hearing will be at Llanelli, not Swansea and that DQs are being sent next.
Do I keep hold of DCBL letters for more proof of unreasonable behaviour?

Of course you keep hold of absolutely everything until the case is concluded.

    Really surprised you asked that.
