Call 101 for advice. I suspect if he is putting you at risk by ignoring what could happen they may visit.

Next time he fires his deadly weapon in your garden call 999. He sounds like a damn idiot. You can't just go round fireing dangerous weapons in to other peoples precinity, accident or not.

Go on then explain how, he already owns the bow so the crossbow act won't apply. Offensive weapon is other than in the place of his abode.

This idiot may not be charged under the crossbow act if one of his bolts hits someone in his neighbour's garden - but he'll certainly be charged with other, more serious, offences

Your an idiot if you think the police will not take action until somebody is killed or injured. You cannot just fire life threatening weapons on to somebody else's property!!

Just call 999 next time it comes on to your property op. He'll soon realise he can't just do as he pleases when he's arrested by armed officers. Don't wait for somebody to get killed by it before this happens.

Whereas your post is full of helpful hints, tips and suggestions for the OP....

Gotta love the irony of your post ... ;):D

The op can easily avoid the problem by not being in the garden. Unless there is an immediate danger call 101.

So should the OP just stay in the house then, its not right that the OP is feeling threatened by the neighbour.

I would call 101, its a police matter if someone is firing a crossbow in your direction
